Education Director
·   Create education curriculum of pre and post-show workshops for the 5 produced                  shows per year that syncs with the Standards of Education per grade.
·   Design study guide for the 5 produced shows per year.
·   Manage the training and booking of teaching artists to implement the created                  curriculum.
·   Coordinate Title 1 LAUSD schools from a variety of districts that will receive the                  education workshops.
·   Coordinate and organize the busses and field trips for all of the participating students                  to attend the current production at the UCLA Freud Theatre.
·   Manage the Front and Center lectures for Reprise Theatre Company subscribers.
·   Manage and coordinate the Senior Outreach education programs that help seniors                  attend the theatre.
·   Invite and oversee theatre students from various schools in the LAUSD to attend a                  free dress rehearsal performance of the current production at the UCLA Freud                  Theatre.

·   Work hands on with actors including Malcolm Jamal Warner, band, and the Director                   to create a full theatrical piece for a one-night only performance at the Ford                   Amphitheatre.
·   Coordinate press for Free Style.
·   Set up collaboration between student lyricist & professional composers to complete                  the songs used for performance.
·   Assist in student coordination to copyright their songs through ASCAP.
·   Organize film crew for mini-documentary like interviews with the 15 students that will                  be used in the performance of Free Style.
·   Interview students with Director on camera for documentary purposes.

Teaching Artist--Lyric Writing
·   Designed and pitched Lyric Writing program for LAUSD High School's to Reprise!                  Broadway’s Best
·   Act as liaison between Reprise/ASCAP and LAUSD High Schools to set up 45min-1hr                  in-school workshops.
·   Attend and present Lyric Writing program at LAUSD district meetings to acquire                  interest.
·   Teach lyric-writing program in LAUSD High Schools to over 1000 students.
·   Prepare students to create their own songs.
·   Collect and help in selection process of top student's lyrics that will be dispersed                  amongst Broadway and Pop/R&B composers culminating in a performance at the Ford                  Amphitheatre in July 2008.

·   Teach lyric-writing at various inner-city schools grades 3-8 in New Orleans,                   Philadelphia, Houston, etc. (one week residency)
·   Deal with social pressures that come up in the students writing and need for                   expression
·   Promote expression through lyric-writing, poetry, rap, song, spoken word using                   engaging lesson plans
·   Create lesson plans for 4-week, 1-week, and week-end workshop programs

·   Create and develop 6 lesson plans for theatre that are aligned with the California                   Visual and Performing Arts Content Standards for Theatre as well as the California                   School District Standards
·   Create and develop lesson plans structured to fit Grades K-6.
·   Implement the lesson plans through theatrical experiences to students in the                   classroom for 6 week cycles in the Fullerton School District.
·   Foster a safe environment for students to feel like they can fully explore and take                   risks.
Camp Broadway, National	June 2003-Present
New York Teaching Artist
·   Teach 2 hour Master Class improvisation and theatre game workshops
·   1 week residencies in cities throughout the US teaching singing, dancing, and acting                   that culminates in a final performance for ages 13-17.
·   1 week residencies in the inner-cities of Detroit, Atlanta, New York and culminates in                   a final performance
·   Perform alongside the students in final performance in a main-stage theatre
·   Organize and teach Broadway sponsored workshops for arts-based community                   centers (for Wicked, Hairspray, RENT)
·   Assist in teaching choreography and musical direction to students
·   Lead 40+ kids through the streets of NY to get to Broadway performances
